Yes, it is worth it. a life without a smile just isn’t worth living. You will probably get a retainer or braces. I have braces now, they aren’t that bad, and it will pay off in the long run. My teeth will be straight later on in life.

ah same with me. they offered me a surgery but my insurance wouldn’t cover it. I think your doctor can probably work something out with ur front teeth and ask him about ur jaw.

yes you need orthodontics. you have no idea how much better you will feel about yourself, and how much more confident you will be with nice teeth, until you have them. GO FOR IT! I hope it works out for you. It did for me. Totally worth every penny!

Before you head off to the orthodontics, head to your family dentist and see if his evaluation is the same as what you think. If you are missing any teeth in the back, your jaws will move to realign themselves to accommodate the missing teeth.

For your front teeth, with the new dental procedures, you can have your front teeth fixed in one visit!! Find a dentist that does cosmetic dental work– there is “zoom” to whiten your teeth in an hour, and there is ceric procedures that complete reconstruction of your teeth (crown or not) in only one visit. A smile is the first thing someone sees and so you may as well have a great one!!

If your dentists decides that braces would be good for you, there are now braces called “invisiline” (which are invisible (almost) braces.) Much better than a mouth full of silver braces. Good luck K
